Legal
Privacy notice
This notice covers venora.cloud — the website. It does not cover candidate data inside Venora Match itself: there, our customer is the controller and we process on their instructions. That is described in the trust centre.
Who is responsible
ARONEV, Unipessoal Lda, VAT PT519521285, Av. Meneres 640, sala 232, 4450-190 Matosinhos, Portugal. Venora and Venora Match are its products, so ARONEV, Unipessoal Lda is who you contract with and who is responsible for the data described here. Write to us at info@venoraltd.com about anything on this page.
What we collect, and why
One thing: the form on this site. When you ask for a demo we collect your name, your work email address and your company name. We use them to reply to you and to talk to you about early access to Venora Match. Nothing else on the site asks you for anything.
The legal basis is that you asked us to get in touch — the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or share them for anyone else’s purposes.
Where it goes
Your submission is stored on our server, hosted on OVHcloud in France, and a notification is emailed to our team. That email is delivered through Microsoft 365, which acts as a processor for message delivery. Those are the only two places your form data goes.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are in contact with you about early access. Ask us to delete your details and we will, without needing a reason.
Cookies, tracking and analytics
There are none. This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts and every other asset are served from this domain, so loading the page does not tell anyone else that you visited. The detail is in the cookie notice.
The application does not log visitor IP addresses. Standard server logs may be kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting; we will document their retention here once that is confirmed.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, or object to the processing. Email info@venoraltd.com and we will answer within a month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to the data protection supervisory authority in your country.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not make quiet edits.
