For recruitment agencies and talent teams
Every CV ranked. Every score explained.
Venora Match scores each application against your job requirements and writes down why — the requirements met and the ones missing. Your recruiter reviews it and makes the call.
See it on your own vacancy: in 25 minutes we run it on one of your real roles, and you keep the ranked shortlist.
- Early access · V1.0 launching November 2026
- A recruiter confirms every decision
- Hosted in France on OVHcloud
- Never trained on your data

200 applications. One afternoon. No record of how you chose.
The hours
Screening is the part of hiring that scales worst. Twice the applications, twice the afternoon.
The inconsistency
Three reviewers, three different bars, three different reasons — none of them written down.
The exposure
When a candidate, a client or an auditor asks why someone was rejected, the answer is in somebody’s memory.
See the product
What your recruiters see in Venora Match
Real screens from the product, running on a demo workspace. No slide deck, no mock-ups.
- 01 · Your roles
Every open role, and who is waiting on a decision
Import the job description and the CVs you received, in PDF or Word. The home screen groups candidates by role and shows what needs your attention today.

Demo workspace. Every candidate on screen is fictional. - 02 · The match
Why a candidate matches — and where they fall short
Each fit score comes with the reasons for and against, a written recommendation, and a requirement-by-requirement table showing the evidence from the CV behind each one. Essential and preferred requirements are kept apart.

Demo workspace. Every candidate on screen is fictional. - 03 · Your decision
The recruiter confirms, corrects or rejects
Venora Match never rejects a candidate on its own. The review queue keeps the fit report open beside each person, and every confirmation is recorded with who made it and when.

Outcomes
What changes for your team
Less of the afternoon spent screening
Every application is read and scored against the role before a recruiter opens it. Review starts from a ranked list with the reasoning attached, not from a pile of PDFs.
One bar, whoever is reviewing
Each candidate is measured against the same written requirements, essential kept apart from preferred. Three reviewers read the same fit report rather than applying three private standards.
A shortlist sooner
The ranking is ready when you open the role. Recruiter time goes on confirming and correcting the shortlist, and the client or hiring manager gets it with the reasons written out.

Who it is for
Two ways teams run Venora
Recruitment and staffing agencies
Venora Match ranks every application against your client’s brief, finds the people you already know when a new vacancy opens, and shows why each candidate is on the shortlist. Your consultants make every decision.
- Ranking across every open role, not one vacancy at a time
- CVs reformatted into your client’s template, ready to send
- The rationale for each placement kept on file
In-house talent teams
Fewer roles, more scrutiny. Every panel works to the same bar, every rejection has a written basis, and the record is still there months later when someone asks about it.
- One standard applied across every reviewer and every panel
- Structured interview feedback captured in one place
- A written basis for every decision, kept with the vacancy
Deliverables
What lands on your desk
A shortlist you can defend
Every candidate ranked against the role, with a fit score, the reasoning written out, and filters that keep the essential requirements apart from the preferred ones.
- Fit score per candidate and vacancy
- Written rationale behind every score
- Ranking with essential and preferred filters
A candidate file, not a number
Summary, strengths, gaps and draft interview questions for each shortlisted candidate — and the CV reformatted into your own template, ready to send to a client.
- Summary, strengths and areas to develop
- Role-specific interview questions, drafted
- CV reformatted to your template (DOCX or PDF)
A pool you can ask questions of
“Who has cloud experience and can start in March?” — asked in plain language, in whichever language you write it, answered with the reasoning behind the result.
- Semantic search across your whole pool
- Answers in the language you ask in
- The reasoning shown with each answer
Getting started
From first CV to shortlist in one session
We reply within two business days to find twenty-five minutes. In that session we run Venora Match with you, on your own role.
Describe the role
We set up one of your real vacancies together — the essential requirements apart from the preferred ones, the way you would brief a colleague.
Bring in the CVs
Upload the applications you received for it, in PDF or Word, badly formatted ones included. They are read and structured automatically.
Read the ranking together
Every candidate scored against the role, with the reasons for and against written out. You confirm, correct or reject — nothing is decided for you.
Keep the shortlist
You leave with the ranked shortlist and the reasoning behind it, whether or not you take it further.
Your ATS stays
Does this replace my ATS? No.
Your ATS or CRM keeps the pipeline, the stages and the client records. Venora Match does the screening in between — and nothing has to be migrated to start.
How applications get in
- A public application page for each vacancy
- An entry API that your other systems can post applications to
- Email-to-API: forward applications to a workspace address
- Manual upload of CVs in PDF or Word
What comes back out
- The shortlisted candidate’s CV reformatted into your template, as DOCX or PDF
- The fit report and decision record, kept with the vacancy
- An automation API — rate-limited on Professional, full on Business — to wire Venora Match into your own workflow
Connectors available today: Tell us which ATS or CRM you use and we will tell you plainly what works today.
Why Venora
Built for how Europe hires
The decision stays human
Venora ranks and explains. It does not reject anyone on its own, and it cannot be configured to. Every confirmation is recorded with who made it and on what basis.
Your data stays in France
Hosted on OVHcloud, a French company running its own datacentres — and the models that read the CVs run there too. Nothing is used to train them.
Every score comes with its reasoning
Not a number you have to take on trust. A written record you can hand to a candidate, to a client, or to an auditor months later.
Compare
How it compares with screening today
| Criterion | Venora Match | Spreadsheet / manual screening | Built-in ATS AI |
|---|---|---|---|
| Explainability | Written rationale and evidence for each requirement, behind every score | Whatever the reviewer notes down, if anything | Typically a score and a short summary |
| Audit trail | Score, rationale, who confirmed it and when — kept with the vacancy | Spread across inboxes, spreadsheets and memory | Varies; often not exposed |
| Bias-aware screening | Identifying details removed before the analysis runs | Reviewers read the full CV, identifying details included | Varies by vendor; check how identifying details are handled |
| Data location | OVHcloud in France, open-weight models, never trained on your data | Wherever the files are kept — inboxes and shared drives | Often an undisclosed third-party model; check the vendor’s DPA |
| Who decides | Always a recruiter — automatic rejection is not possible | The reviewer | Automatic rejection is often configurable |
The other columns describe categories, not specific products. Capabilities vary and change; check a vendor’s current documentation before you decide. Detailed comparisons →
Designed for the human to decide
Recruitment is a high-risk use case under the EU Artificial Intelligence Act. That is not a footnote for us — it is why the product works the way it does. Venora ranks and explains; it does not reject anyone on its own, and it cannot be configured to. Every confirmation is recorded with who made it and on what basis.
Human oversight, traceability and record-keeping are obligations, not features. We build for them, and we hand you the documentation of how your team meets them.
